Mindfulness meditation is a type of meditation which involves paying attention to the present moment, deliberately and non-judgmentally. It is a popular meditation practice in the West and has roots in the Buddhist tradition of Vipassana meditation.

Our sessions typically involve a short guided mediation and a longer, quiet meditation.  There are often interesting discussions on how to improve our meditation practice. Sitting meditation can be done on a chair or seated on the floor.

We meet every Thursday at St Andrew’s from 11:15 am to 12:00.
