Today’s service Drinking an Irish Coffee in an American Bar (hotel’s bar) in Venice, writing madly (for the first time in six weeks) under the topic Pellegrino (Latin for pilgrimage). The dictionary indicates that a Pellegrino is a person who travels to a holy place. My six pages of notes are in preparation for Sunday. They will be accompanied by a dozen photos. While the elements of this pilgrimage have been very personal, they feature the archetypes that make up the pilgrimage of each one of us.
